Lawn Services
- Routine cutting of turf grass to a uniform and appropriate height. It typically includes trimming around obstacles (like trees and flower beds) and edging along walkways and driveways for a neat, finished look.

Seasonal Clean Up
- Clearing and tidying of outdoor areas, includes the removal of debris, leaves, and sticks.
- The goal is to prepare the property for a change in season, ensuring the lawn and landscape remain healthy and presentable.
- Fall Clean Ups–focus on raking/removing fallen leaves and cutting back perennial plants.
- Spring Clean Ups–focus on clearing winter debris, preparing garden beds, and getting the lawn ready for the growing season.
Pricing: Determined by property, invoiced monthly via email to customer.
Plowing & Sanding
- Removal of snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and access roads after each storm.
- Sanding services on driveways and walkways
- Essential for ensuring accessibility and safety during and after winter snow events.
Pricing: Pricing determined by property prior to the plowing season. Company plows when snow is 1 ½ or more and will include sanding for customers who purchase this service. Price for each plow may vary include an additional charge based on total snowfall accumulation (ie. customer charged for additional plow when snow accumulates over 6″).
